Founded in 1997, Changzhou Jingte Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Jiangsu High-Tech Enterprise specialising in specialty ultra-fine enamelled wire and advanced wire enamelling equipment.
With annual capacity exceeding 350 tonnes of ultra-fine self-bonding enamelled wire, Jingte reliably manufactures high-tensile, copper-clad aluminium and other specialty wires in diameters from 0.010 to 0.020 mm. We provide electronic-component manufacturers worldwide with integrated solutions ranging from wire products to complete equipment systems. Our products serve defence, medical, automotive electronics, premium audio, smart wearables and consumer electronics applications.
Supported by 27 independently owned intellectual-property achievements and an established ISO 9000 quality management system, Jingte uses a full range of precision inspection equipment to maintain process accuracy and batch-to-batch consistency. SICME equipment from Italy and MAG equipment from Austria introduced; UL and ISO 9000 certifications achieved.
First-generation in-house enamelling machine entered production.
Specialty self-bonding high-tensile alloy and copper-clad aluminium wire entered production.
A new 10,000 m² plant was completed; twenty second-generation in-house enamelling machines entered service and laser diameter gauges began to be installed.
Third-generation semi-automatic ultra-fine wire enamelling machines entered production.
Fourth-generation fully automatic enamelling machines entered production, replacing the earlier imported equipment.
Mass production of 0.010 mm enamelled wire began; 0.025 mm copper-clad aluminium wire filled a gap in the domestic market.
Fifth-generation fully automatic enamelling machines entered production.
Real-time monitoring was extended to all enamelled wire in production.
